Derrick Burts HIV Positive Porn Star (VIDEO & PHOTO) Demands Condom Use
The porn actor Derrick Burts, 24, has revealed that he is the unidentified actor who has been tested positive for HIV. Burts claims that he got HIV while working as a porn actor.
According to CBS, “Burts (PHOTOS), who performed in straight films as Cameron Reid and gay films as Derek Chambers, described the panicked call he got from clinic staff on Oct. 9 about the infection that sent fears through California’s adult industry.”
The clinic staff told him that another gay male performer had the HIV infection. Burts believes he got the disease during a gay porn scene in Florida.
Clinic officials released a statement last month saying that Burts acquired the disease through private, personal activity.
Burts told the Times, “That’s completely false. There is no possible way. The only person I had sex with in my personal life was my girlfriend.” Burts’ girlfriend tested negative for HIV.
Burts is now in favor of enforcing mandatory condom use in porn productions. (c) tPC
